MyAppDaddy® (MAD) responds to your queries and provides its services without collecting any personally identifiable information about you. We scan your device for the apps you have installed in order to grade those apps for you, but we don’t store that information on any of our servers, and we never associate it with any information that can be used to identify you.
Some of our services require payment. If you select a service that requires payment, private data such as your name, credit card information, phone number, and email address are collected by our payment processing partner. Information collected by our payment processing partner will be handled by them as described in their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our payment processing partner does not share your private data with us.
MAD has no need for, and does not attempt to gather, information about you from any other source.
Without identifying you, we list the apps you have on your device so that we can grade those apps and deliver those grades and related information directly to your device. We don’t store this information on our servers, and we never share it with anyone. We do keep anonymized aggregate information in order to determine which apps to analyze to best serve our users. This amounts to keeping track of how many and which apps we analyze for all our users. This aggregate information is not associated with any individual or their device.
MAD doesn’t use first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies for any purpose.

MAD has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. We only provide access to your personal data to authorized MAD personnel and third-party service providers who support our operation, and these employees and service providers must pledge in their respective contracts with us that they will adhere to the standards set forth in our Terms of Service and in this Privacy Policy. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.
MAD does not keep your personal data.
Our App is not designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and MAD does not collect nor maintain personal data about anyone under this age or over this age.
Depending on where you live, applicable laws may give you the right to request access to personal data that has been collected about you for the purposes of reviewing, modifying, or requesting deletion of that data, or the right to request that such data no longer be processed. We remind you that we do not collect your personal data, but we will respond to any such requests that we receive, in compliance with applicable laws.
In addition, and where granted by local law, you have the legal right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83(c)(2), MAD does not share your personal data with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing use.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will alert you to any such changes and require you to renew your consent the first time you use the app after any such changes. The date we provide at the top of our Privacy Policy indicates the date it became effective.
